The F acilities Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of maintenance technicians in the day-to-day operations of the Chick-fil-A Supply Distribution Center (DC) in Hutchins, TX .   This role reports to and supports the Facilities Maintenance Manager in maintenance program implementation including trouble-shooting complex problems, assisting with managing third-party facilities management providers and leading the maintenance team.   The ideal candidate is a dedicated and flexible supervisor who supports two shifts within our team, provides technical expertise and carries a team-first attitude.  The Maintenance Supervisor works in alignment with the Facilities Maintenance Lead and Maintenance Planner.
