LCRA Dam and Hydro is seeking a professional with expertise in reliability analytics and planning. This exciting, new role will be headquartered at Lake Buchanan, TX. As our Power Plant Planner, you will contribute to the overall reliability of dam structures/equipment and hydroelectric powerhouse/generators by leading failure mode and effect analysis, root cause analysis, tracking equipment issues, and planning for asset maintenance and capital projects. This position will require experience as an analyst to develop equipment status reports and KPIs to track equipment performance as well as provide updates on planned work.
