The Maintenance Control Division designs, plans and schedules Central Arizona Project's (CAP's) overall asset management program. The team provides maintenance planning and scheduling, reliability and maintenance engineering, and maintenance information services for overall life cycle management of CAP’s assets.
The EAM & MS Project Applications Administrator works primarily to align the application technologies with the business unit processes. This position is responsible for administration and end-user support of the Infor EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) system. This includes configuration, report troubleshooting and report development (using any of Cognos, SSRS or SQL). Works as a liaison between CAP business divisions and IT, and between CAP and application vendors. Develops, maintains and executes testing plans and is the lead tester during application upgrades and configuration changes. Occasional travel to locations along the CAP aqueduct will be required. Candidates are expected to have experience in configuration, testing, administration and report development for an Enterprise Application. Specific experience with Infor EAM (or related EAM/CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) application such as Maximo, Microsoft Project Server, Assetworks or Oracle EAM) is preferred but not required.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field plus five (5) years of related work experience; OR a high school diploma/GED plus ten (10) years of related work experience. Demonstrated customer service skills is a must.
