About the role:

Takeda is offering the position of Reliability Engineer II where you will play an integral part developing our maintenance strategies and practices through the equipment’s lifecycle.  It is and exciting opportunity collaborate with Facilities, Engineering, and Validation to drive implementation of the latest in predictive technologies and IoT Digitalization. How you will contribute:

• You will perform data analysis of corrective work orders in CMMS and Quality Event metrics to identify trends and identify areas of improvement
• You will improve equipment parts list and BOMs accuracy in collaboration with MRO
• You will lead Reliability centered maintenance improvement or other improvement projects
• You will help implement predictive maintenance program across the organization
• You will participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis
• You will collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and maintenance personnel lead, to perform or support troubleshooting of equipment

What you bring to Takeda:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3 or more years relevant engineering experience
• Knowledge of CMMS and engineering and maintenance procedures
• Proficient computer skills using MS Office and MS project
• Experience with cGMP
• Understanding of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and/or Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
• Knowledge of laboratory and pharmaceutical process support equipment
• Knowledge of chemical and biological safety procedures
