POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Supervisor (MS) will report to the Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) and provide a range of maintenance, operational, and technical-related support. The position will play a key role in interfacing and collaborating with the OIM's direct reports, and supporting onshore functions including Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S), Maintenance, Reliability, and Integrity (MR&I), Global Supply Chain (GSC), and Finance Teams to satisfy Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) targets.
The MS is the single point of accountability for the delivery of offshore maintenance activities; key responsibilities include providing frontline management, support and mentoring of offshore Maintenance crews driving effective maintenance work process to deliver safe and reliable assets in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). This individual is expected to demonstrate and support a strong Lean culture of continuous improvement to drive performance to new levels. This position is located offshore (Gulf of Mexico) and includes a rotational schedule of 14 days offshore and 14 days off work. Employees may reside anywhere within the continental U.S. but are responsible for their travel expenses and time associated with travelling to/from their home and the designated heliport (Fourchon, Louisiana).
