Condition Monitoring Support Specialist

Primary Role: Work with the internal and external sales and support departments along with distributors, and customers worldwide in support of deployment, expansion, and commissioning of ERBESSD INSTRUMENTS products.

Tasks:

Offer technical support to customers and members of the global distribution team

Develop and maintain technical support materials, including product manuals and data sheets

Develop effective tutorials and guides to support the successful implementation of products

Edit and maintain up to date website content

Participate in product development initiatives and testing

Support internal managers in the training of new customers and distributors

Develop and document effective processes related to assigned tasks

Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Engineering, Maintenance, Industrial Technology, IT or similar, and minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment / mechanical maintenance/ reliability engineering OR minimum of 10 years of experience in the IoT and or machine health monitoring industry.

Category II Vibration Analyst, Category III preferred.

Working knowledge of other predictive technologies and process monitoring.

Must possess excellent verbal communication, team interaction and presentation skills.

Strong computer and standard software experience (MS Office, E-Mail, CRM, etc.)

Working knowledge of IoT communication and security

Knowledge of general rotating equipment fundamentals such as assembly fits and tolerances

Willingness to travel up to 20% annually to offer in-person training and participate in trade shows

Strong and timely communication skills both spoken and written, ability to communicate effectively with foreign speakers, and professional level phone and online customer service skills.

Base salary $48,000-$55,000 annually
