Job Purpose
The Sales Distribution Channel Manager works as an integral part of the team to plan, develop, nurture and expand the Erbessd Instruments global network of distributors. You will assist the CEO and partners in implementing the growth strategy of our company by coordinating network meetings and training opportunities, onboarding new distributors, supporting the sales needs of current distributors and in-house accounts, and expanding the footprint as well as the positive reputation of Erbessd Instruments worldwide. The Sales Distribution Channel Manager serves to improve the customer experience with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. This position is supported by an Executive Administrative Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Answer distributor inquiries in a professional and timely manner, always seeking to build a positive, lasting relationship with every contact
· Generate sales quotes and invoices, and ensure the smooth and efficient sales process from inquiry to delivery
· Determine customer and/or distributor needs & participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies
· Identify gaps within the distribution network and participate in the search & recruitment of potential distributors
· Ensure customer/distributor satisfaction and identify corrective measures
· Participate in other departments’ projects to maximize the business relationship with distributors, including Logistics, Sales and Support Teams
· Participate in industry expositions, conferences, educational and networking opportunities
· Maintain precise and current data related to order status within the CRM system
· Maintain clearly documented and updated processes for training and ISO compliance
· Manage the organization and facilitation of monthly all-hands call
· Manage distributor performance reports and address failures
· Assist in scheduling virtual, on-site and in-office distributor and customer training
· Participate in team projects and activities to improve office culture, marketing efforts and positive corporate citizenship
· Represent the company and its principals with the best interests of the company in mind
· Work with associated vendors as required in fulfillment of company objectives
· Assist other team members as required

Working Conditions
The Sales Distribution Channel Manager is a full-time, salaried position. Work week expectations for this position are in-person, Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm.
