The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Support Manager to join our Engineering Standards & Asset Services team. In this essential role, your help will drive initiatives to enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of our terminal and vessel assets. As part of a dynamic asset management team, you will collaborate across departments to align asset management strategies with BC Ferries’ long-term objectives. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing asset performance, managing maintenance costs, balancing asset risks, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. This role provides the opportunity to tackle complex challenges, develop forward-thinking strategies, and make a lasting impact on our asset performance and operational excellence. Additional information
The target salary range: $95,600 - $119,500 per annum. The starting salary is determined based on the successful candidate’s knowledge, experience and internal equity. Starting salary may exceed the target range on exceptional basis.
