It ensures we have the right quantity of the right parts, in the right location, at the right time, in the right condition and at the lowest overall cost. Key areas include organization and management, training and skills, information systems, data integrity, performance management, storage and facilities, storeroom operations, inventory strategies, user coordination, and procurement coordination.
