JOB PURPOSE: Under general direction, performs general facility maintenance and repair disciplines in a hospital setting as well as its associated medical clinics. Work includes preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment, in-house telephone system, plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Services and cares for all health center exterior grounds and buildings. Assist with moves, transportation and security as needed. Assists environmental services department with cleaning, floor care, and terminal cleaning in the facility. Performs lawn care and light duty equipment and maintenance.
