About Us and the Role: The Jasper, a luxury Class A community in Charleston, SC, has an immediate opening for the position of  MULTI-FAMILY MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR.  We are looking for someone to handle and supervise the maintenance duties for this 219 unit multi-family apartment community. The multi-family maintenance supervisor should be able to lead and delegate tasks to a team. The supervisor should also strive to provide effective and efficient service in order to ensure resident satisfaction.
