Chemours is seeking a Reliability Leader to join our growing Louisville Works team! This position will report directly to the Maintenance & Reliability Manager at our Louisville, KY location. Job Summary The Reliability Leader will work with the Maintenance & Reliability Department and Production to develop strategies to further improve the site’s reliability.  These strategies should utilize reliability analytics to optimize asset capacity, reduce failures, and improve cost performance.  The successful candidate could develop into the site’s Mechanical Integrity Quality Assurance (MIQA) Leader.   The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement strategies for improving mechanical reliability.
