. Battle Creek, Michigan is our largest manufacturing campus and operational headquarters. Our campus sits on 60 acres and holds 4 production facilities that equals to just under 2 million sq feet. Due to growth and realignment our mission has been to continue to build in reliability and enhance our maintenance efforts. We have 2 opportunities that we are currently recruiting for: Maintenance Manager and Reliability Manager. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for 110 direct reports and direct and lead all activities of the Maintenance Department including, but not limited to, maintaining all plant property and equipment, reducing downtime through preventive maintenance and other accepted maintenance techniques, maintaining and improving product quality, improving plant safety, managing costs to budget, providing technical assistance and training, developing personnel, ensuring compliance to all federal, state, and local laws and standards, as well as refining and executing all departmental policies and procedures. The Reliability Manager this is a brand new position. The Reliability Manager will be responsible for developing the Reliability program centered around maintenance. This person will be responsible for planning a robust and consistent process across multiple business units.
