The Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) group is a subset of our Asset Management group out of the Hamilton Office. The mandate of GMBP RAM is to support the maintenance and reliability journeys of our clients. Services by GMBP RAM include Maturity Assessments, Journey Mapping, Asset Hierarchy Development, Asset Criticality Analysis, Asset Strategy Development, PM Optimization, Spare Parts Optimization, CMMS/EAM Software Implementation, Maintenance Reliability Process Mapping, O&M Manual Development and Capital Project Management Office Optimization.
