Description: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for collaborating with the maintenance, sanitation and food production teams to maintain, repair, and replace production equipment. A main priority of the maintenance technician is to work to prevent food production equipment downtime by proactively identifying potential issues and existing workarounds and collaborate with the Director of Facility & Maintenance (DFM) for solutions. The Maintenance Technician will work closely and under the directions and guidance of the DFM to align priorities with overall production goals. This individual will understand the need to balance a self-starter attitude with team collaboration to ensure alignment on equipment use, safety, and technical solutions and will prioritize effective communication across teams.
