OVERVIEW: The Reliability Manager – MRO (Maintenance Repair & Operating) is an enterprise best practices role focused on standardization and process improvements that drive improved business results across all manufacturing sites. It ensures we have the right quantity of the right parts, in the right location, at the right time, in the right condition and at the lowest overall cost. Key areas include organization and management, training and skills, information systems, data integrity, performance management, storage and facilities, storeroom operations, inventory strategies, user coordination, and procurement coordination. Additionally, this role is responsible for parts master data processes across the enterprise. Ensures projects are turned over to maintenance with all the needed details and information.
